I play on week maps like Wyre, West London, Bedlam, Stronghold, Cube, Deep Hel etc with its original stuff included in. The moddings for kf2 graph engine NN if you like classic/old version as you mentioned for map subject. I play Monster Ball like one of pinch/few as original from-zero maked map...
...you have maps like the KF1 Biotics Lab remake available on the workshop, which on its own doesn't fit with the KF2 spawn system in the slightest.
Most every team I've played with opts to sit at the spawn point with the broken elevator and the T-shaped hallway, because 95% of the spawns...
...close and reopen the game on the console, which forces a refresh
Something about your local network has changed and is blocking some connections (this could even by at the ISP level). You can usually test this by trying to connect to a different network or using a VPN to try and bypass any blocks
from my own testing, it is definitely related to high usage/peak hours. The restart (around midnight +8GMT) in Southeast Asia only kinda works. Still many disconnections but it does work after a few retries around afternoon. Everything stops working at SEA/Asia peak hour around 6-10pm (+8 GMT)...
...its potential. The Summer Update Beta 2 changelog claimed this was fixed, but in the current build (June 29th) this is not the case.
To test it:
1) Join any map offline in Hell on Earth difficulty (I used KF-TestingMapRedux from the Steam Workshop to test, which removes wave spawns, but any...
You also have to consider that we're talking about a 7 years old game. More than thinking of basics, you should also consider everything WE ALREADY HAVE when coming up with a new idea. This is why is increasingly hard to update a game. That's not to say that a game NEEDS to complexify as time...
...start with basics first and then proceed to advanced stuff? Like, why doesn't one suggest first something less flashy and more mundane, just to test his skills? A typical robust conventional rifle would do it. Medic has an SMG, has a full auto rifle, one could've extended this row maybe into...
Broken downloads again. Newly installed maps won't download to kf2 servers. This is true for my rented kf2 servers and a test kf2 server on a PC desktop.
Update: Unfortunately, it seems the test was a failure. Apparently, I got fairly lucky for a few test loads in secession. I loaded the game about 5 or 6 times last night while testing, and before posting with no issues. I decide to stop using OneDrive, so I backed up the files in my Documents...
...in logs for the other workshop items. There is no workshop log file on Linux (why TWI?) so can't investigate more. It doesn't work. Will do more tests but seems like a bug.
Here is the list of workshop items for test if you can reproduce it...
Sorry for the additional Reply. I did this test with a friend because it would be very annoying if this happened online with other people. Maybe the server/match would crash with too many sentinels on the field during endless. and people wont be able to save the Personal bests if they beat it...
If Windows 10 is the only security service you are using, the most likely culprit of the block is your ISP. You can test that by trying to use another connection or a VPN to bypass it.
Is this issue related to Carillon Hamlet?
I've added some general gpu advice:
Make sure you're not running KF2 on integrated graphics (this is more common among laptop users.)
Launch KF2 and disable fleX, both gibs and fluids. Play a solo round and test performance.
...cannons, as it's been proven that tanky perks are really unhealthy for this game on the whole--but it probably never would've passed the sniff test with the larger playerbase. Most players looooooooove their tank/speed builds.
I'm completely on that same field. I never was a fan of...
...extra gun to cover that location that needs to be watched while you deal with more pressing matters, like that Scrake trying to make you its latest trophy? Well lucky for you, no hands are required for the new Sentinel auto turret!
Choose a spot to deploy and let the Sentinel do its work...
