Hello. I'm not aware of the timeline for the next patch (StragoMagus might have an answer). However, I did a search for your previous posts and saw that your CPU is below the min spec. So, I'm not sure if that will help you. But can you try the following (in that order) to see if it helps.
1. Delete ROGame.exe from Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\red orchestra 2\Binaries\Win32 and verify game cache integrity through Steam. Now try launching the game.
2. If that doesn't work, delete your config files from Documents\My Games\RedOrchestra2\ROGame\Config folder and try launching the game and see if that works.
3. If it still doesn't work, add the following (without the quotes) to the launch options in steam by right-clicking the on the game in the steam library, and selecting Set Launch Options
"-resx=640 -resy=480 -windowed"
It will reduce the resolution of the game, and hopefully will allow you to get past the splash screen. Also, starting it in windowed mode will let you see if there is any windows popup such as an anti-virus that is preventing you from launching the game.
