  • Our next object is the Jagdpanzer38 Hetzer
The hungarian army received about 100 to 130 between december44 to january45 - exact numbers are unknown

can you help us with information about the used optics and the appropriate reticles for the hetzer?

i have read this thread (and others too): http://forums.tripwireinteractive.com/showthread.php?t=25785
but the "handbuch" describes the SflZF1 and the Hetzer was equipped with the SflZF1a - so i'm a bit confused
    hi mlespaul,

the modification includes the entire period of Hungary's accession in 1941 until the war ended in 1945
It also includes the 2 prototypes of the TAS, which never got used.

i'm also looking for - so far not very successfully - reticles which were used in other hungarian tanks.

those were Csaba, Toldi, Turan, Zrinyi and besides the Hetzer also the Pz38(t)

Hungary received 108 Pz38(t) in 1942 and used them up to the end of war.
I don't know what version of the tank they received - but mainly the Pz38(t)G

what i know is that the TZF38(t) belongs to the main gun of the Pz38(t) and what you wrote in the axishistory-forum
    http://forum.axishistory.com/viewtopic.php?f=47&t=155226&view=previous
The scope had a magnification of 2.6x, a field of view of 25o and a reticle graduation up to 2,000 meters.
The diameter of the turret opening is 15 mm.
about the reticles of the main gun and the both MG i know nothing.
