Crashing since new patch.

I bought the new Character Pack (Not sure if this has something to do with it), and since the update my game has crashed twice now while using the Firebug Perk and using the Flamethrower. The same thing happened to a friend I was playing with tonight, we were both the new Paramedic character, so I am not sure if this has anything to do with it or not. I'm not sure how to reproduce it. If it happens again, I will try to post the crash log I get.

i just purchased every character pack and my game was bugging. i had things appearing from the previous map, overlaying on the next map. it was really bad. and my perks didn't level either. my solution was restart steam and killing floor.
