Question about post activation

I have a few questions and hope this is the right place to put it.
What happens, if a post of mine is not activated? Will I receive an information of why it did not happen? Can I ask someone why it didn't happen?

How long is the average time for this (activation of posts). Is it only to newcomers and will be disabled over time or will my posts be permanently reviewed?

Thank you in advance. If this is discussed already elsewhere or in some sort of FAQ in a subforum I missed, please point me towards it, since I didn't know what else to search.

One hint: To get an instantly approved post, you must accept and believe from now on, that IS-2 is the greatest tank from WW2. Swear it and believe it from the heart.

Sounds religious, count me out.

I don't believe in best or worst tanks of WW2, but I enjoy driving the Panther or Panzer 4 in Steel Fury. Hope it will be the same for future RO mods.
