So, I have Killing Floor here, but ever since yesterday, whenever I try to play KF, I can get about 30 seconds into the match (be it online or single player) before I crash out with a "reference error" BSOD. The problem will probably be my POS computer, but I'd greatly appreciate it if someone knows a fix or workaround.

My Specs:
Processor: Intel T2050 (1.6 Ghzx2)
RAM: 1014 Mb
Running XP professional SP2 with DX9.0c
Dunno if you need more.

You don't need to recreate the error if minidumps are turned on, just look for files dated and timed from when your crashes occured in your windows\minidump folder, and if you have them zip a few up and upload them. If minidumps aren't turned on (check if you have and files in the folder) then do the following before making the computer crash.

In control panel, open the System icon, and do the following:
  1. Advanced Tab
  2. Startup and Recovery -> Settings
  3. Enable Write an Event to the system log
  4. Disable Automatically Restart
  5. Select the following debugging information:
    • Small memory dump (64 Kb)
    • Small Dump Directory : %SystemRoot%\Minidump
  6. Confirm all and restart the computer.
After your computer BSODs the next time, a file should be generated in the minidump folder, which will have detailed information that will help troubleshoot the problem.
