My proposals:

-g36c(Commanderrifle with reddot, and foregrip(like scar))
-M203saw(Commanderrifle(or perhaps suport s.)No addons)
-M16a2 (MEDICgun about 1000pounds)

Then an upgrading system:
-Reddots to buy (about 250 pounds)
-Flashlights for every weapon (50 pounds)
-Lasersights for every weapon(350pounds)
-Paralysator only for MEDICS (600pounds)
-Mortar essays only COMMANDO(700pounds)

Improvements:
-punching with all weapons
-all Berserker Wepons can break (Katana breaks and needs to be repaired ,same on chainsaw, axe and Machete)
-If u shoot the enemy in the belly that he doesnt lose his arm for example
-Dealer does not cheat...for exmple:
Scar (commander lvl.5)costs 999
Dealer everytime takes 1000
and 1 pound can be in suicidal toooooo much

Some good ideas, but i think i have a answer for the chainsaw.
On the editor, there is a chainsaw fuel that never went into the game, so basically, just "port" to the game and that can be used for the chainsaw, cuz chainsaws don't have infinite fuel if i recall.

Quick answer.

No. As usual, this isn't L4D, Zerkers don't need to worry about their weapon breaking when they are in the middle of a fight (Especially, as you say, because money is precious on suicidal) Commando doesnt need anything else with the SCAR, Bullpup, and AK + Stealth and healthbar detection, Medic could use another gun or something, but it's mainly an open-ended tough healer perk anyway

Purchased upgrades for all weapons completely takes away the point of having them on specific lower-end weapons or specific tier weapons, you have to trade one thing for another, y'know, you can't have everything

For instance, letting someone put a flashlight on an AA12 would allow them to never switch off it, unless they ran out of ammo, even on dark maps, essentially giving it no drawbacks, where currently, you have to pull out your 9mm/Regular shotty that's worse against tough enemies to use the light

Same goes for red dots, okay, Crosshairs don't need to be upgraded to every weapon, Learn the center of your screen and the inaccuracy spread of your main weapon, and you don't even need ironsights, and on that note, No melee with anything other than melee, again, we aren't playing L4Fail

Kinda pointless to put a light on the AK when you can see healthbars even in the dark ;>.>

And if theres no specs around, just whip out the 9mil, problem solved

If there are specs around, and you're not a commando, you're probably dead anyways
