No it isn't, that's a mod.

There's a kickvote system but not a TK system. Servers just frequently run that software because it's awesome.

there even was an official patchnote sometime in 2007

saying that if you Tk and the person that got teamkilled types np, no problem or forgive then the TK will be negated in terms of teamkill autokick

Instead of forgiving, it should be "accuse" or something to get the person accused of on-purpose TK. Sometimes people just don't type "np" even if you say sorry and it clearly was an accident. Like dead nade or so.

When you kill 3 teammates in a row and they all type "accuse" you'd get kicked, instead of killing 3 teammates with a grenade and get kicked instantly without the chance of anyone forgiving you.

Just my two cents.
