Stalker mutator?

Is there a mutator that only spawns stalkers that has been whitelisted? I tried a non-whitelisted Stalker mutator, but when I loaded it up it wouldn't connect to my profile, meaning I couldn't choose a perk, nor did the kills count towards anything on my profile. I uninstalled that mutator after realizing it was a bust. So I guess I need it to be whitelisted.

Unfortunately Commando is the odd perk out that can't be leveled in a few hours from 0-6.

Best bet is to play HeresyBeta3 with friends or join pug BioLabs and camp the double stairs endlessly and only play to kill stalkers, everything else becomes secondary.
