View -> Viewports should contain all the options you need to get it back to how you want it.

yes close that window, then view>viewports>add new viewport make like 3-4 windows and there you go, back to normal
you need to align your textures btw. select the surfaces of your wall then right click > align> planar thenpoush f5 and size them accordingly.
