Server Perks not leveling up

My servers a standard server nothing different except I enabled kick vote , map vote, changed difficultly to hard, changed wave to 10, and added some maps (no leveling maps don't worry). But no one can seem to level there perks up in it for some reason.

Is each and every map whitelisted? Apparently a single non-whitelisted map can disable perk progression on the server.

There was a recent update that fixed this (assuming you're using whitelisted maps and not using sandbox mode).

Try shutting the server down and updating it.

thrash is absolutely correct. If your server is suffering from this known issue, please update it and it should be fixed.

If your server has not been updated since July 10th, then that is in fact true. If this is a problem for you on your server, please run the hldsupdatetool again to get the July 10th update, which has fixed this issue.

my server is fully up to date, because i mainly use my level 5 perk i wasn't sure if others were able to level thier perk on my server.
