Game won't start, I've never seen this before..

So when I try to start killing floor, it starts to load, but right after it says, "Steam has found a problem with your local games file. Game files will now be re-acquired from the steam servers." When I click ok, this message just pops up constantly. So I tried to delete local content, and it brings up the proper warning, however it then states, "You do not have enough disk space to run this game. Please free up disk space." which makes no sense at all when I haven't tried to launch it, and I have 400 gb free. I have also tried defraging the files, but then it tells me that my C: drive is too fragmented, but I defrag it normally, and did it again, still nothing.

What can I do here?

Did you resolve this somehow? I'm still unable to uninstall it and i'm dealing with EXACTLY the same issue.

To "uninstall" just go to your steam folder and delete the game files
Probably best to quit Steam first though

Then re-open Steam and get a fresh copy of the game

uhm... how do i do that? i can't find Killing Floor ? =/

i tried uninstalling it through the steam client and it doesn't work
