Server Where is the Killingfloor/Default.ini?

I cant find this data i got Windows Vista 32bit can anyone tell me where it is?

You've put this in the dedicated server area, but from the O/S I'm assuming that this is on your personal machine and from a retail Steam installation:

Navigate to where Steam is installed and its found at:
..\Steam\steamapps\common\killingfloor\System\killingfloor.ini
or
..\Steam\steamapps\common\killingfloor\System\default.ini

If you're running a dedicated server, its not adivsed to mess with the default.ini. Thats what KF will use to build a new killingfloor.ini.

And how do i Host when i just wanna host a game for me and my friends?

launch the game, click host, setup your options and press listen

make sure you have ports forwarded though.
