Lol, I just tried your map and found the Broken Pipe that got replaced by the Machete just before release.
Was that an intentional spawn on your map or an oversight?

It also looked like a huge metal pipe on the ground. I was wondering, what the hell am i supposed to do with that huge glowing pipe. Then I ran over it and picked it up (it had normal size when wielding it luckily ^^)

You can even decapitate clots with it. pretty hilarious

I think this map could be good but it needs more work. I only see two spawn points one for normal specimens and one for crawlers. If I stand on the couch and look at the normal spawn then I get almost nothing but crawlers and a very slow spawn.I think the pipe in the hallway is way out of place and some of the other things in the map really don;t fit an office. this also doesn't feel like a smaller version of kf-offices at all.

so.... it is a final map or not? if is not, move to the beta map section.

I think that someone have to make sure that the map's are posting here are really final... otherwise we will fall all into a full server's with unknown beta or even pre-beta non tested maps.

This looks terrible, please don't release unfinished experimental 'learning' content as a final map.
It makes your skill as a mapper doubtful, when you are really only just learning.
It takes a long time to create a map, make sure you can commit to that before you start, or else you might as well not bother.

I think the problem comes the spawn point, because players always camp the pipe which spawn crawlers. Almost every time only one point spawn some mobs, it didn't cause any challenge for us, is there any way to increase the spawn point
