Depends on if you're talking about Game2 as being the second game TWI will release, or if Game2 means the game we're making with UE3. Killing Floor will be the second game that TWI releases. Killing Floor is based off of the same tech as RO, and uses UE2.5. TWI is also working on another game that uses UE3 (this is most likely the game people think of when they think "Game2"). Hope that makes things even more cloudy
