Ironsight too slow

After 3 years of RO, I still think it IS PERFECT.

Bear in mind you get perfectly aligned sights, and that takes time.

And after a year you're still wrong.
Where are you getting this idea that it's too slow? From you standing in your bedroom holding a rifle or using some kind of mock-object and quick-shouldering it?

Have you ever tried to actually hit anything at range after doing that? If anything the time needed by the human eye to focus on the iron sites and align them then focus on the target downrange should justify the IS delay present in RO. Let alone all the other factors and impact of stress.

Which is what exactly? You keep talking about how you can "do this faster in real life" but you never tell us what that is.

I think I realized what the real problem is.

I use the right mouse-button to switch to aim mode.

I'm running forward and I release the forward key. I press the right mouse-button. It doesn't respond. I have to press it a second time.

I'm dead.

Do I have to hold the Aim key a few more milliseconds than usual?
