At the moment it cost no endurance to strafe in RO, even while sprinting, and that is contrary to what it is in real life so my suggestion is to add fatique when strafing is used in the same manner as when sprinting and jumping - that is it should be possible to run out of stamina when strafing to the point where it is only possible to walk and strafe.
The major bonus of this is that run 'n gun style players will be forced to economize their movement and will have to move tactical, provided of course they want to survive for more than short amounts of time,
instead of the ridiculus strafing and zig zag'ing those types of players employ presently. Another related bonus is that it will force players to cover each others when moving as it will be harder to defend against flanking enemies on your own.
