The future of computer gaming (in 1984)

Hehe. Reminds me when my dad bought our first colour monitor in the late eighties. 14" glory with 256 colours and for that time enormous maximum resolution of 1024x768.
That was the hugest milestone I was able to witness, going from a 10" amber/black monochronous screen to a colour image. Nothing that followed was comparable.

Weak.. my C=64 had color from the get-go..... big as my TV.. silly IBMers :p
.. although, 1024x768 was pretty l33t for res back then.. I don't think I got that until ..wow.. 96 or so?

but wow.. now I remember the Computer Chronicles... that's some old-skool shizzy there... and I do agree, it seemed like almost every game out there had some good play, and definately most had good story.. graphics where half-secondary.. this is when I fell in love with Origin.. unfortunately now just an EA brand of suck, imho..

Epic Pinball anyone?
