Hi, I have a question about the old folders of the nvidia drivers. actualy I have version 94.24 and in this folder (NVIDIA) I have the other folders with old drivers (84.21, 91.31, 91.47, 93.71). Now my Question: Can I delete the old folders and only remain the new one? (94.24) Thx for reply!

I use ATI's, but I think the NVidia-files you found, are for XP to use when you want to "rollback to previous driver".

If those are the ones that include only the driver installer files (setup etc.), you should be able to remove all of them. BUT, do not follow my advice if you aren't sure. I, for example have the newest 94.24 drivers and not a single nVidia folder on my PC. 
Also, I'd recommend always removing the old drivers and wiping them clean with CC Cleaner so that the old parts of the drivers don't malfunction with the new ones.

You can delete the other drivers with no issues. The driver package is completely independent of previous installs.

I think you can delete everything in fact, if talking about the default 'c:\NVIDIA' folder, thats only where the installer unpacks the files before running the installer. Just confirm they are working first then delete the folder.

Yeah you can delete it. It just unpacks the installer to that folder so it can copy its files from there to where it needs them. You can delete it if you don't need it to reinstall it or something.

I tend to keep the folder for a few days after updating my drivers just in case they need to be reinstalled. After that I just get rid of the folders as they're only the installer files and can be safely removed.
