I know this is old (I posted about it in one of the old RO forums a couple of years ago) but I still feel this should resurface once in a while.

Basically .kkrieger is a FPS game that only uses 96 kb of disc space.

It's 96 kb of math

All textures and geometry is created when you launch the game when running the game takes about 200-300 mb of RAM

In fact it's the future of gaming.
No more huge downloads of content and patches will be very small.
Maintenance will be way more easy and cost-reducing.
With the introduction of quad cores raw power will be available to sustain these kind of games. Just watch the next couple of years

.kkrieger is really ground-breaking.

On the other hand, I rather take a game that eats up 10 GB of HD space than more CPU and memory power. HD space is cheaper.
