  • The 20th PanzerGrenadier Division is a realism unit that is founded on pride, respect, and camaraderie. We are a newly created unit that is looking for motivated individuals who can help the clan grow and succeed at becoming an elite and feared unit.
    This unit is experimenting with a new philosophy where the size of the unit represented depends upon the number of personal enlisted. This way we do not have a division being lead by a Hauptsmann, three Staff NCOs, with 5-10 Grenadiers rounding it out. We are working towards as much realism as possible. The primary perception will be fixated on the actual unit size with enough soldiers to accommodate it.
    As of this time the unit will not have an officer until the size of the force is large enough to dictate one. Currently operating from a platoon formation level the acting duty non commisioned officer(ADNCO) is Grdr.Schweiser. As the unit grows, soldiers will be promoted only to the rank necessary to lead it and fill the roles beneath it. A composite point promotion system is incorporated. This way a fair and accurate approach can be used to promote the most qualified. Thank you for your time and interest!
