As much as I hate to admit it, technically, Kerry is right. Most soldiers probably haven't got A+ grades since they started school. When they finish without good grades most of them have two options; McDonalds, or the Military. This is endemic of the standardised testing; if you can't remember facts, your're screwed.

I am not saying Soldiers are stupid, ignorant, or anything else.
