Inspired me to make this:
As you can see I applied the same exacting standards to this as I do to my mapping and, allegedly, my physics problem solving . Sit back and enjoy, assured of quality.

You can do a lot with paint. You could probably make something that looked photo realistic, but it would take years of work.
Their are programs out there that allow you to do the same thing in far less time.
Regardless, what he did is still amazing.

Well, if you want to get into that sort of thing... check out Bert Monroy's site. He's a leading Photoshop/Illustrator artist. All his work is done from scratch. A friend of mine who is in design has trained under this guy for a significant period of time.... he's amazing. Burt that is. (My friend is not in the same league, lol)

I saw that a few days ago, and it inspired me, for about 20 minutes, to make something in paint.
Yes it's unfinshed, but there's bonus points for who ever can figure out what it is.
