keyboard problem

hi,
i have a problem of control the game
i can only move the game by number pad but not the keyboard with A-Z
noly jump by press backspace but not the spacebar
i can't relaod also

anyone one can help me?

Try going through your control-configurations again.
Make sure you assign every key you need.
Then EXIT RO, and start it up again.
This should save your keys the proper way.

I have go through the configuration already
the keys is assigned for the control such as w-move forward etc
but when i back to the game
there is no response by press W
only can control the game by numpad

Maybe that's why.

Shut down RO, launch it again, go into your controls, assign, and EXIT RO.
Launch again, and now go into the game.

i have the only keyboard of Microsoft wireless keyboard on hand

when i go into control, i can't use keyboard to assign them

I have buy a new Logitech keyboard to change the Microsoft wireless keyboard
unistall the driver of wireless keyboard
restart windows
reconized the new Logitech keyboard
the driver is "Standard 101/102 keyboard or Microsoft Natural PS/2 keyboard"

however, the result is same. can't use W-A-S-D keyboard to move or config the key, only num. pad can work

in the game, I can use ~ to enter the message

What is happening?????

I usually dont recommend doing this, but it might help you if you download the logitech drivers for your keyboard and install them. See if that helps.
To me it sound like something is messed up in your system (perhaps an entry your Registry somewhere) and not your keyboard is causing it. Since you are having the same problem with two different keyboards.

Try running spybot/adaware to see if you have malicious software on the PC.
Also make sure that advanced text service is switched off. You can check this in the Windows control panel under "Accessibility Options".
You could also try changing your keyboard language layout to something else just to test if it works with a different language layout.
