RO updated itself today and it has taken about 2 1/2 hours and is still going. Is it supposed to tke this long?

The patch is about 100 megs if I recall correctly. How fast are you downloading it.

Well I have a 8Mbs connection. It was downloading at about 200 Kps. I think it already updated but when I went to enter a server playing Arad, it opened a black screen and was downloading the map...i think. The map was about 24 Megs and now is doing more downloading of files (if i can recall one was like "weaponpickup" or something of that sort) and has been dowing so for 3 hours. Currently it says:
Recieving 'allies_vehicles_anm'
Size 25976K, Complete 41.5%

You are joining non updated servers. Only join servers using RO 1007
