Indoor "light ups"

This is inspired from the indoor weapon sounds thread, I thought it would be really cool if when you tossed a nade or fired your gun indoors that it made the place have a distinct flash of light around your blast zone. Especially on KraskyniOktober, in the warehouses and such, it will add so much to the ambience.
