How do i reset my controls please ?

My controls are acting crazy lately.
Maybe a little hint how to delete old ones.
Is there a file i can erase ?
please im breaking my keyboard for the 8th time.
I ****ed all my keys , could u please tell me how to go back.

Go to the controls page and click default down in the right corner

or find your user.ini and delete it
