For your further interest, I have included some scans of some postcards I got from Berlin which show some awesome photos of the Reichstag area taken sometime after the end of the war in 1945 up to 1947. One shot dated as Berlin 1947 shows the wreck of a fighter engine/prop (a FW 190?) still sitting there south west of the Reichstag, between 1.5 - 2.5 years after the end of the war.

Great postcards and great research altogether. I think someone needs to make a Brandenburger Tor map That plane indeed is a Fw-190 btw.

EDIT: It would be great having that 88 in front of the Reichstag.

Prehaps a secret Reichstag Map.

Only if if the russians win the Konigsplatz, is the Reichstag map auto loaded.

Other wise no.

That would be cool and would promote Russians not to sit back and rather become human shields..like they should be used to.

We do indeed need an inner Reichstag map. It is a must for the Eastern front, considering it is essentially the great "end" of the war.

Yes it's completely redone inside (all modernized). Yes, someone who lives close should take a tour. Surely they must have old (good quality) photos there on display of it.
