tHis first image is of my mauser Yogo m24/47 when i first opened it up out of the box...note how the ammo bag is kinda aged in this pic...but with some cleaning and some nice leather polish its good as new now...this is also my newst purches...i dont have pics of all my guns but here is a list:

Czech tgf 1950, exact copy of the KAR98 made post war on German machinery. Only thing it lacks is the disc in the but. You can see it in my pic in the "Show me your and I'll show you mine" thread.

It outshot my German KAR98 by quite a way, that is before I ended up selling the German one

Maybe I should sweet-talk my wife, see if I can talk her into letting me get a '48 from Mitchell's. I'm going to be looking for a 91/30 or an M38 here shortly as well, and a Swiss K-31.

Don't buy from Mitchels, you'll get a much better deal at a gun show or local gun shop. The prices Mitchels charge are outrageous also in the past they advertised Yugo M48's as German Mausers.

K98k, yes. Nothing electropenciled.

Mine was, however, rebarrelled by the Israelis in October, 1956, and re-stamped "7.62," and given the star of David proof marks.

But, no, there's no EP'ing anywhere. some of the markings on the receiver were pinged out, but there's still a WaA on the bolt, and one on the safety.

Do yourself a favor. Look at any gunshow or auction site and buy two M48's for the cost of one Mitchell's M48. They'll be just as nice as Mitchell's rifles. I've never seen a company use such deceptive marketing as Mitchell's.
