As we are not able to do betas on console, console players will get the update with the official rollout. The time of this has not been announced yet.

This new Local-Admin function how does this work? for someone that runs a webadmin extension that does everything but autokick (Magicked-Admin)
do we get filtered out aswell?

They are tied to your account as long as you own the season pass, it is not a time based subscription.

No, as the season pass is not available for purchase during the current beta. If you are refering to future seasonal update betas I am unsure at this time and will try and get answer on what the plan is there.
