pc reboots

ok anyone have any ideas my pc reboots whilst loading the map and occasionaly that i get into a game which i can play perfectly well for howerver long is left on the map. but during map changes the pc reboots again??
i have ran memtest thinking it could be memory failing but appears that it passed all the tests with no probs.
startin to piss me off any help ideas gratefully recieved
pc spec amd64 3200
1 gig ram
ati 9800 se

thanks for looking but appears to be the game in some way to many peeps havin the same or similar probs.
shame as the game looks good but this could kill it
