Server VAT secure dont work

I have activated VAT on my dedicatded windows server but i will still not work. Do I have to specify a port or something too?

It's VAC. Did you enable it in the ini file and command line?

ok you can either add it in your target line as something like the following
server RO-Konigsplatz.rom?game=ROEngine.ROTeamGame?deathmessagemode=3?FriendlyFireScale=1?FFPunishment=FFP_None?PreStartTime=60?RoundLimit=3?WinLimit=2?TimeLimit=0?FFKillLimit=3?FFDamageLimit=300?VACSecure=True?MinPlayers=0 -multihome=00.00.00.00 -ini=server.ini -log=ro_server.log
or you can add
bVACSecured=True

under the heading
[Engine.GameInfo] in your server.ini or what ever you called your .ini file
