Design Flaw in Odessa

I absolutely love Odessa but there is one thing that's starting to irritate me.

When the allies take over the first 2 points (Appartments and Grecheskaya Square) they receive a new spawnpoint. In my opinion a spawnpoint should be behind a captured area, and not ahead of it. The allies receive a spawnpoint that's 20 meters ahead of Grecheskaya Square. So that's usually behind enemy lines. That just ruins half of the map because the allies can rush to the last two points quite easily. I'm not saying it's easy to cap those two last points btw. ;)

So does anyone agree with me or am I missing something?
