[Error] Stat Reset Removed Preorder Bonus

Hello.

I preordered RO:HOS and received the "early bayonet unlock" bonus.

After this recent stat reset, i noticed that i no long have the bayonet on my Kar98 and Mosin-Nagant rifles in game.

I did not notice until now because i had not played since the update until tonight.

Is there a way to fix this? I don't like getting things for preordering then having them taken away from me.

This I know already.

And I have owned RO:1 for about 2 years now.

So I should have the unlocks, and I do not. I had them when the game was released, and now that the stats were reset, I no longer have them.

I would like a resolution to this please.

i notice that im level 31 with k98 but 0 with mosin how is that possible?

You still are stating a false fact.
Bayonets are not a preorder bonus.

But as you said, as an owner of RO:Ost you should have the bayonet unlock.

I to have pre-ordered, I dont have bayonets and only sometimes have the automatic rifle for the russians, will have it for the germans, but not russians? lol

2.) I pre-ordered RO:2 (Heroes of Stalingrad) -> DDE !

3.) I "should" have the german and soviet badges for the uniform and the bayonets for K98 and Mosin rifle... but I miss them !


SO PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM or at least GIVE US AN ANSWER !


PS: I bought (pre-ordered) it on STEAM.
