what can we expect in future for RO2:HOS (not rising storm!)? can we expect some official maps? maps from modders? can we expect some big changes? choosing what unlocked upgrades we want to have on weapon? character customization? new weapons from modders? something else?

I think Tripwire should add more automatic weapons. They've come this far, so they may as well finish the job!

Less is more. Especially in the WW2 genre.
Let's hope development will be in the direction of making the combat authentic and dynamic.
