Levels in Clan Matches

can we make everyone in clan matches a fixed level please, with all the possible unlocks in the game avaliable to them, because at the moment trying to play a competetive game when the enemy has guys with 2x your level is just silly. Short of grinding up to the same level by killing bots, as most clan gamers are doing, there's not a lot we can do about this. Fix pls.

-Added the ability for the "Custom" game mode settings to allow the limiting of character class ranking, and the limiting of weapon progression

Using these settings server admins running the Custom game mode setting can limit the maximum ranking levels which will limit class ability upgrades, weapon functionality upgrades, and weapon unlocks (such as the MkB42, AVT40, Semi Auto Sniper Rifles, etc). Setting MaxClassRank in ROGame.ini or in the webadmin to any value greater than zero will limit the class ranks to the specificed level. Valid override values are 1-5 (1 limiting to Raw Recruit, 5 limiting to Hero). Setting MaxWeaponProficiencyLevel in ROGame.ini or in the webadmin to any value greater than zero will limit the weapon proficiency upgrades to the specificed level. Valid override values are 1-51 (1 limiting to no weapon upgrading, 26 will limit the game to the first tier upgrades (PPSH drum mag, etc) but not allow further major upgrades). Note, these settings are only allowed in the Custom game mode setting and will take a server out of ranked status (since the server admin is essentially overriding the ranking system).

No, that can be limited as well with MaxWeaponProficiencyLevel

I think you misunderstood me. What I was saying is that we still can't FORCE everyone to certain unlocks. If we limit weapon unlocks to tier1, there will still be people who haven't unlocked tier1. So if they play a match vs guys who actually have tier1 unlocks, they have the disadvantage again and the match has no equal ground.

@stickorewitz: We don't need blackout. We need the bug fixed that you don't automatically switch to specating a living player after the one you were spectating died.

if we dont need fade to black then we need to force the dead to only be able to see straight into a wall or looking on another part of the map.

if you stay with your camera were you died you still can see other players in that area! (and without fade to black you still have a chance to see where the Ei player moved next etc)

and if we make it to first person only you can still see through walls and etc
