Hello all
1. How increase money earned for kill mobs?
2. I have in config data
StartingCash=300
MinRespawnCash=250

i am change this data, restart server but no effect, what i miss?

Those variables are only for Sandbox mode. There aren't any you can set to modify money intake under proper whitelisted conditions (unless you count the difficulty), nor should there be.

or if you want to give ppl cash, but perks wont work:
admin set playerreplicationinfo score 999999

Money earned for killing mobs is built into the monster's default properties. Kill Score = How much dosh you get for killing said Zed. However this is not not an editable server option so if you want special zeds you or someone else will need to make a mutator/custom zeds for your server.

Perks are available in Sandbox mode, but they don't level, nor can you earn Achievements in it. And no mutator that increases income (at least without drastically increasing difficulty in another area) would ever be whitelisted.
