Is the AXis single campaing locked?

Hello, I FINALLY got the play multiplayer, the steam platform finally updated ( I did a reinstall last night) and now I can play mp, although, it will CTD and also just crash after I play two to three maps.
Also, is it NORMAL that I simply can't get into the axis single player training? the first level appears "unlocked" and the next ones are locked, it just kicks me back to the difficulty screen....is ANYONE able to play the axis training?

Why don't you just disable it for beta, I thought my game was having issues when it kept booting me out to the menu
