RAM: 4.00 GB

System Type: 64-Bit operating system

VGA: NVIDIA GTX 550 Ti overclocked 975MHz

Well you are using a dual core if I'm not mistaken and your graphics card is a bit low end but I think you should get a respectable experience on medium.

What resolution do you play at though 1920 x 1080? Or 1680 x 1050? something else? As that is an important bit of information to have in judging performance.

Easy upgrade would be to get more ram these days Ram sticks for 1333MHz or lower don't cost more than the same you would spend on watching a movie got 2x2GB 1333MHZ DDR3 for around 32 euro Kingston for my brothers PC he already had 2 sticks but couldn't afford when i build the PC for him to go all the way

If you got 64BIT then its only foolish if you don't tap the bottle

I think you should be okay then mate to have a medium - high experience at 30fps although I'm unsure how much of a bottle neck your CPU will be as its a bit old and is only 2 cores whereas i think RO:HOS takes advantage of 4 cores now.

I'll be playing this at 1920x1080 maxed (AA 4, AF 8), just like all of my other games. Anything over 40 fps is fine by me. And I'm happy to see a game that properly utilizes all four cores!

I don't think adding more RAM will improve your fps at all.
