We've put "LV" up for Australia because we haven't got the rating back yet - and dear old Oz has just announced the new higher rating category. We are HOPING that they will take the same view as PEGI/BBFC and NOT go all silly on us. However, until we're sure, we putting LV up to be safe. The Okkers may want to wait a few days and see what the end result is - but we'd hate for you to buy it and THEN find your ratings board can't cope with dismemberment (like USK...). "

Eek, didn't see that when I Pre Ordered. I don't see how games like COD: World at War which have dismemberment would be able to get through and not RO2. Hopefully we'll get the 'Full Violence' version on release!

That's a bit overkill on Tripwires part, nothing in the game that won't fit into the available ratings. Not like you run around hacking off limbs with a rusty axe while injecting crack into your eyes.

TW can you answer?

TW if us Aussies pre-order the nerfed version now and the R rating goes through at a later date, will you allow us then to update or redownload the real version of the game? Or are we stuck with it forever more?

Keeping in mind our government officials are complete a*se hats and may take another year to make the decision on the R rating.
