Will HOS have 3Dvoip / 3Daudio / Directional team commands?
RO:Ost always had it backwards imo. It's no use if all 31 teammates hear someone yelling "Grenade!" without knowing where the hell it's supposed to be. Don't tell me you have time to open the map quickly and find an icon etc..
Now i've seen both statements made by forumgoers, yes HOS will have 3Daudio/voip, and no it won't.
Which is true?
3Dvoip / 3Daudio : When teammates use their mic you hear their voice directional in-game. (e.g. If he's far away to your left his voice will sound soft and to the left.)
- Directional team commands: The same as above but with commands like "Enemy spotted!" , "Grenade!". (i.e. A teammate yells "Grenade!", if he's near you you will hear where he is and how near/far away from you. So without looking you can decide whether or not to run.)
