Stuck at Connecting (Press f10 to cancle)

This problem is with any version on Killing Floor

Tried with:

KF V1000
KF V1014
kF V1015
KF V1016

When i host the server and put dedicated and then try to connect it gets stuck at Connecting to 127.0.0.1/index.rom (Press F10)
and other people who tried to connect got the same problem.
Windows Firewall is disabled and ports are also in there, Router ports are opened
because it shows the server on favorite but just gets stuck on connecting, anti virus ESET NOD32 was disabled when tried connecting.

Nobody cant connect to server, even myself, when playing lan with lan cable then also cant connect.

Tried downloading hldsupdatetool and making server with that also doesnt work
anyone got ideas?

Console shows something like this:

NetGo: Open TCPIPConnection
NetGo: Close TCPIPconnection

everyone gets stuck at connecting, but shows server ping,map,name and everything :S

server says this crap, why cant i host anymore, about week ago i could host :S

its not online all the time, its online when im hosting, when others host it works but when i host the it doesnt work :S

Try verifying your game cache in Steam.

It Still doesnt work, my friend sent me his killingfloor.ini and other i put them under steamapps\username\killingfloor\system and still no result :S
