Frame rate issues after 1.3

Before the 1.3 update i ran the game on average on 120-150 fps on max settings. Now I cant go over 60 and I constantly have huge lag spikes. Before you ask yes I ve tried with different graphic options, still the same. I have FPS limit turned off still doesnt go over 60 and I tried reinstalling the game. Nothing works. Pretty much unplayable in its current state.

Try backing up your current configs and then deleting them out of the folder and letting the game generate new ones.
