No dmp or log files were created.
I am verifying game integrity now to see if that solves the issue.
**Verifying did not solve the issue

I've been having the same issue as of today. It appear EAC doesn't trust a file installed by AMD video cards (I have the R9 290) but I haven't found a way around it. I tried verifying the game files as well, I tried to reinstall and repair EAC, and I also tried a myriad of other EAC-related solutions for different games out of desperation. Here's to hoping someone can figure this one out.

Found fix . Delete files in x:\ steam library\steam apps\ common\ Rising storm 2\ East Anticheat\ Certificates. Then run the game from Steam.
This fix, posted by berbec_cristian in the thread titled "Unable to launch since the most recent update," worked perfectly. It would be nice if Tripwire/Antimatter was able to pass this information on to EAC to see why the program dislikes an AMD driver related .dll.
