Main Menu Issue?

How do I fix this? It only started happening today. I have reinstalled the game and updated my drivers and this is still happening

It is a problem with localization. You will need to go to my documents, my games and try deleting the Rising Storm 2 folder in my documents/my games which causes Steam to get anew version of the file.
So:

Navigate to C:\Users\(your name)\Documents\My Games\

Right click "Rising Storm 2" and then click "Delete".

Start up the game and it should be fixed.
