Yet another no xp earned report

I've seen several thread on this topic but no satisfactory answer was given:
>all files are convalidated
>anti-virus is disabled
>server were unmodded
>yes I've tried turning it off and on again
I've also experienced other bugs which might be correlated:
>steamaut failing for "generic reasons"
>being kicked from a game with no message
>loading screen stopping with no message
Any ideas?
EDIT:
I've also tried deleting the entire documents' RS2 folder which did reset all my options to default but it didn't help.

Unfortunately if your Steam stats became corrupted, it's likely stats would need to be reset. For this the use the command resetstats "SteamName" .

Where am i supposed to input this command and what will it reset, exactly?

Update: I've just erased 100 hours of progress including all achievements and points are still not being awarded. I'd refund this game if I could.
Edit:
nevermind it just took a couple of games for some ungodly reason, My disappointment is still immeasurable
Update: no it doesn't ****ing work. some games it does some games it doesn't.
Update 2: by sometimes i mean it literally only worked once and doesn't anymore, at least i could play commander, radioman or squad leader before, now I'm stuck with a useless level one character, thanks a bunch.

You could also try a manual Steam refresh.

• Completely exit the Steam client
• Navigate to your base Steam folder (where you installed it)
• Delete all files and folders BUT Steam.exe and your SteamApps folder (or you may lose your installed games and need to re-download them)
• Relaunch Steam

That seems to have done the trick, somehow, so i actually didn't need to lose all my progress after all. great.
