No, Kills in the Tap overlay

Hello, since the last Update, our server has got the problem, that nobody is able to see how many kills he has made.
You are also not able to see, who you have killed. I checked the Config with WinMerge, but I found nothing that had to do wirh the problem.
Do you have a Idea, what I could do to fix that bug?
PS: in the webadmin, everything is on enable, so it should be possible to see the kills.

With the last Update, the bug disapeered. : D
