Game crashes before loading

I bought the game yesterday and everytime I try to enter a server, or even the shooting range it loads for a while and then just crashes. I attached a picture. I tried deleting the ROgame folder, restarting my PC, restarting Steam, launching/repairing .exe files at the CommonRedsit folder but nothing seems to help. Help, please?

I've just been gifted the game by a friend to play with him, and I have the same issue as above. The game client loads up fine, but any attempt to load a map crashes. I've tried two game installs, the folder deletion trick, launching the game in windowed mode via steam, and local file verification on steam. All no dice.

I'm running a six core 3.3Ghz AMD CPU and a 6800 Radeon card with 16 GB of RAM on Windows 10. Would love to play with my friend and get some others to buy in.

Update! By turning off "Instanced Rendering" in video options, and turning V-sync on, I can now get maps to load up. Hope this helps anyone in a similar situation.
