clicking doesnt work in menu at all

Ive been trying to make the game work, and ive used all these approaches:
-verify game cache
-back up files
-contact Tripwire (They responded with refund the game)
-reinstall (7 times)
-MyGames (nothing)

But so far inconclusive.

can anyone help?

What hardware are you using? give a DX Diag log thing (see the post explaining how to do that here in forum). Sounds like there is a real typical click when you launch game, then it is taps on mouse case lol.

what do you mean by taps on mouse case?
(the black screen is obs btw)
