I have encountered a problem on numerous occasions where the VNEditor fails to startup giving a bugsplat with the following log dump:
Problem is related to the documents folder in the directory of Documents\My Games\Rising Storm 2\ROGame\Unpublished\Content\Maps\Autosaves\Backup
Deleting this BACKUP folder will clear the problem and after you launch the editor the 2nd time there will be no more crashes.
